1. General – Company Details This webpage kothrosgreece.gr (hereinafter “the Website”) is the official web presence of the company named Grigoriou Kodrou Bros & Co OE – Plastotechnics (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which has its registered office in Thessaloniki. The use of the website presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms. If the visitor/user does not agree with these terms, he/she must refrain from using the services and content of the website.

  • Company content: All content on the website, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services provided and products, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.   • Accuracy of data: The Company shall make every effort to ensure that the information and all the content are subject to maximum accuracy, clarity and completeness. However, given the nature of the spare parts (continuous changes of codes from the factories, replacements, etc.), the Company does not guarantee and is not responsible for the absolute accuracy of the technical characteristics or the availability of the products displayed.

  • Photos: The photographs of the products are indicative and may differ from the final product (e.g. change of packaging by the manufacturer).

  • Responsibility for Use: The Company shall not be liable for any side-effects, damage or damage caused by the use or installation of spare parts incorrectly selected by the user without prior technical identification by our staff.

4. Availability & Pricing The website acts as an electronic catalogue and a means of presenting goods and services. The appearance of a product on the Website does not automatically imply its availability in the warehouse. Prices and availabilities may change without notice. To finalise orders and prices, confirmation from the Company’s sales department is required.

5. User liability The user agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the website as provided for by law and in accordance with the rules of good faith and fair dealing. It is forbidden to use the website to send content that is illegal, offensive or that violates the personal data of third parties.
